At Bin Rasheed Fabrics, we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to shop with complete confidence. If for any reason you're not fully satisfied, we offer a 15-Day Return & Exchange Policy.

✅ Eligibility for Return & Exchange

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition & packaging

  • The return request is made within 15 days of receiving the order

  • You received a wrong, damaged, or defective item

❌ Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Fabric that has been cut, stitched, washed, or altered

  • Items purchased during a clearance sale or promotion (unless defective)

  • Products returned without original packaging or invoice

🔄 Exchange Process

To exchange an item:

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp or Email within 15 days of delivery.

  2. Mention your order number, reason for exchange, and send clear photos (if applicable).

  3. Our team will verify and guide you through the return process.

  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, the replacement will be dispatched.

💸 Refunds

  • Refunds are offered only if the product is out of stock or unavailable for exchange.

  • Refunds (if approved) are processed within 5–7 business days via bank transfer or Easypaisa/JazzCash.

🚚 Return Shipping Charges

  • In case of wrong or defective items, return shipping is our responsibility.

  • If the exchange is due to personal choice (color, size, etc.), the customer will bear the return shipping cost.
